Check out this Side Trek that expands on the action from Thunderspire Labyrinth. After a bit of a thud going from H1 to H2, Ben wanted something much more memorable as the group transitions out of Thunderspire Labyrinth and into Pyramid of Shadows (H3). While helping out on some work on a Project That Shall Not Be Named, I was inspired by the author to create a card-based mini-game to represent the maze that is the namesake of H2: Thunderspire Labyrinth. I am not sure if there were magic items before, but there are now. This D&D adventure for characters of levels 1–3 was previously produced as a D&D Encounters season adventure. While adventure paths are awesome and they saved D&D for me and my group in 3E, they also demand that X amount of experience points be distributed each adventure in order to get the players to level Y, where the next . Brothers Gray, The (Dungeon 172, If your PCs aren't ready for H2 after finishing Keep on the Shadowfell, or if you just haven't had enough of Kalarel, these extra encounters can add extra depth to any H1 experience. ȑ�: Richard Baker?, Mike Mearls? Many times in D&D, I have tried (or read an adventure that tried) to create a scenario with the dungeoneers trapped in some sort of maze which they must find their way out of.
